Cancellation Policy

****Please read before booking**** Life happens and schedules can change, to ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 25% non transferable non refundable late cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-call, no-shows will result in a 75% non-refundable non-transferable fee of the scheduled service. Clients have a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added. If you’re 15+ minutes late, your appointment may be canceled at the stylist’s discretion. Clients with repeated same-day cancellations, online booking privileges will be paused, and a 50% non-refundable retainer will be required to book future appointments. **All retainers are non-refundable and can only be applied to the service booked.** We deeply value your time and understand the importance of your appointment. In the rare event that we must cancel due to a personal emergency, we will: Offer priority rebooking to ensure your next appointment fits your schedule.
